The first day of practice will be on Thursday, 5/28. (Due to the FCPS Memorial Day holiday and the fact that HSL has extended our season by one week, we are starting on Thursday instead of Tuesday.)

● 13 & Over: 3:45-4:45pm 

● 8 and Under: 4:45-5:15pm 

● 9-12: 5:15-6pm

If you are new to swim team, don't forget to sign up for a time slot for the New Swimmer Evaluation with Coach Heather.

Everyone needs a valid Foxfield pool pass to attend swim practice.  Contact Luis Siguere at [email protected] if you still need to purchase a swim membership.
